Meat has plenty of potassium (around 500mg per 100g), but I've read plenty of Atkins stories about having to take a potassium suplement...
I'm feeling palpitations (my heart doesn't beat faster, just "stronger" I almost can feel it pumping away inside my rib cage) and lightheadedness (1 felt I was going to pass-out like an hour ago), and it kindda points to potassium deficiency...
How can I have a potassium deficit if I'm eating a lot of potassium-rich foods?
What's the deal?
I'm drinking a lot of water, but I'm eating a lot of potassium too...
