Well, yesterday...my 6th day in I cheated. It was a totally conscious decision, but I'm still happy because I didn't gorge like I normally would. I actually had really small portions of a few no-no's and I feel ok. Funny thing is, eating those things didn't give me the same sensation or feeling as it would before. In the past I would have gone "ga ga" over barbeque, potato salad, cookies, cakes, etc. But I didn't. I still think I am making progress even though I had carbs yesterday. The pull that food used to have on me is slowly but surely losing it's grip!! And that's ALWAYS a good thing....Have a blessed day everybody!!!

Ya, I can relate. I didn't cheat ... but the thought of my birthday, Independence day, Our anniversary ... all coming up while I'm finishing induction and looking or my CCLL ...ugg!
But way to go ... you were in control ... not the food.My name is Barb

Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.
