  • I made it 1 week... bring on week 2!!!

    I am so excited! I made it one week and have lost...

    :drumroll please:

    8 lbs
    Happy day! It is working!

    My only problem is not getting enough to eat! I have COMPLETELY lose my apitite. Which is actually bad because I have to force myself to want to eat. NOTHING sounds good... not even a jelly donut !

    I have started exercising. And I did American Gladiators the night before last and can not move today! But once I hop off here I may go upstairs and hit my eliptical and hope it works some of the stiffness out of my legs!!

    I always said when I hit 155 I am going to buy myself a new pair of Birkenstocks! I LOVE those things, have not had some in 2 years since my last one that were worn down to the cork got left out in the rain. I know, I know... outdated, not in style... but that is my reward!

    2 LBS till Birkenstocks and 22 lbs till I get sexy back... yea!

      Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met
      Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. MET
      Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.

        keep up the good work. maybe you should buy yourself a little present everytime you hit your goal, it will give you more motivation. what color birkenstocks are you getting?
