  • So ... I'm thinking ....

    since I sort of messed up bit yesterday, I'm going to extend induction a few days ... maybe another week. Ya, I'm leaning towards another week of induction. Hopefully I won't screw it up again.

    Minigoals
    Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met
    Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. MET
    Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.

    That sounds good.
    I don't think you did a screw up at least much of one.
    You are close to healthy weight range so don't wait too long till go do the OWL thing.
