I only need to lose 10pounds, i usually drink instant coffee in the morning using hot milk (boil 1 cup of hot milk and then add a teaspoon of instant coffee) can i continue to do this?
when i drink the coffee it gives me energy and above all i lose my appitite and dont eat anything untill dinner (because i dont get hungry until then)
when dinner comes around i eat a salad.
if i get hungry i usually snack on salami.
can i continue this normal routine when attempting to do atkins? (induction phase? or any other)
any advice is appreciated. thank you
