The "glazed" portion of the chicken wings concerns me. I know the chicken's zero carb, but I bet there's sugar/dextrose in the glaze. You might want to double check. Same with the kielbasa. There might also be some fillers in there which are not allowed.

The chef's salad is OK, so long as the pepperoni and ham don't have sugar. Also, make sure the quantities are what's in the book.

Nuts are not allowed on induction. Rung 3 of ongoing weight loss (OWL) is when you can start eating nuts again.

Do you have the DANDR 2002 book? If not, search/read the numerous stickies in the induction forum for the "acceptable foods" list.

    Good luck....!

      Great job drinking water!

Two things come to mind along with the mention of the processed foods...veggies and veggies. You need more veggies. If things are tight with the budget, there's always canned green beans or the cheap frozen broccoli, cauliflower, etc. If you switch out the processed foods for fresh veggies in your shopping cart, it'll be a lot healthier. Maybe time is a pressure for you? Precook things ahead of time for left overs to make lettuce "sandwiches", slice and dice veggies and keep cream cheese or cheese chunks on hand with some olives. But I would love to see you find more veggies and spread them out through the day instead of all at one time and call it good.
