    does the carbs in fit day actually means the net carbs? bit confused, cos i have the atkins carb counter book and its different to fit day??

    sorry a few more questions which i cant seem to find.

    do you count vinigar??
    i cant find how many net carbs green beans are and creme fraiche - oops lol. cant change the writing.

    Nope, it gives you just the total carb, not net.

        When you look at the bottom of the page after you've entered your foods. You will see a pie chart. There your total carbs and your fiber are listed. So you can take your total carbs (lets say they were 24) and then subtract your fiber (which may have been 8 ) and you will have your net carbs for the day 24-8=16

            Yes, you count everything. Balsamic vinegar is not allowed though, because it often has sugar in it. Other vinegars are normally very low in carbs and you don't use a cup of them for a serving, so they won't add too much to your daily carbs.

            You can find green beans in FitDay if you search "green beans string". Remember to measure the veggies raw.

              thanks very much. sorry one more thing. this is hard to get used to finding everything :S. is there a limit to how much boursin garlic and herb can be eaten on induction and how many net carbs is it?

              also can you check out my first two days.

              Day One

              Breakfast

              2 eggs (1.2) scrambled
              Pepper (0.1)
              2 slice of Tesco’s back bacon smoked (0)
              Tablespoon Olive oil (0)

              Lunch

              Tesco Tuna in brine (0)
              2 Tablespoons Mayo (full fat) (0)
              3 large leafs of lettuce (0.9)
              8-10 cherry toms (2.4)
              115g cucumber (1.

              Dinner

              0.5 cup(115g) broccoli (2.9)
              1 chicken breast (0)
              15ml Elmlea double cream (0.2)
              60g tesco mature chedder cheese (0.6)
              2 tblspoons chives (0.3)
              115g cabbage (mash)

              Snacks

              2 eggs (1.2)
              60g cheese (0.6)
              Chicken (0)

              Drinks

              2 litres water






              Day Two

              Breakfast

              2 boiled eggs (0.2)

              Lunch

              Lettuce Wraps (2 lettuce leaves)(0.9) (Tuna(0), 2 Tablespoons Mayo(0), 40g Tesco mature cheddar cheese (0.4).

              Dinner

              Chicken dish.
              chicken breast (0) 2 tbs onions (5.5), 2 tbs mushrooms (1.4), garlic (0.9) boursin garlic and herb(full fat cream), green beans
