    Ladies, how do you get through your TOM without sweets??!! I am going crazy here!!!!!!

    cream cheese with 1 TBSP of cocoa and some splenda will do in a pinch (just not a dozen times a day)

      The first time I did Atkins and then again when I quit smoking, if I absolutely couldn't handle something, I took a nap. This only lasted the 1st 3 days for smoking and only Day 1 for Atkins.

      For something sweet, try Crystal Light Fruit Punch. 0 carbs and tastes really sweet. You can freeze it into pops as well.

        If that's the Crystal Light sweetened with aspartame, it is not allowed on Atkins, because Dr. Atkins discovered that many of his patients were stalled by aspartame.
