Today I ended up miscalculating the amount of carbs I ate, and ate 30g instead of 20g. Did this ruin my Day 1 of induction? Should I count tomorrow as Day 1 and make sure to stick to 20g of carbs?

were these net carbs or the full carb totals? We go by net carbs so check to see which way you have calculated your totals.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

Oops - but not necessarily a train wreck. Try to burn them off quickly, and drop 10 off tomorrow and you should be able to avoid disruption of the process. Beware the temptation to give to to the "might as well keep eating and restart later" trap! Drink more water, eat freely of meats and fats if you are having cravings.~Susan

This is the best advice, imo. I live in a 12 story building, so every time I cheat or even think seriously about cheating I'll go hit 7-10 flights in the stairwell. Exercise and drinking a ton of water are my favorite ways for getting back on the horse.Originally posted by boonie stomper View PostOops - but not necessarily a train wreck.
