Re: sample menu
You need to read the Induction Acceptable Foods List:Originally posted by laura1986 View Postdoes anyone have a sample menu i could look at please. my prob is i cant think of what meals to have. i have looked at lindas site and peoples fit day but unsure what to eat. :s
Figure out what foods YOU like to eat on it. Then make up a meal plan that is based on YOUR food preferences.
Don't take the easy way out by copying someone else's menu. What if you are allergic to eggs and that is what the person eats: eggs? What if you can't stand shrimp, and that is what the person eats?
There's no easy way around this. So sit down with that list and with the Rules of Induction and devise your menus based on what you like to eat. You'll have a better chance of sticking to this diet if you do.

Re: sample menu
Megs is right - you need to plan meals around your preferences not someone elses - this is a learning experience and a life changing way of eating so what someone else eats might not be for you.
You can look at other people's menus and see if there are any foods in particular you would like to eat but just looking at the acceptable food list and making your own choices is the best way to plan your meals.
Good luckCarole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

Re: sample menu
OK, what you want to do is have your current menu be as close to your old menu as possible... you don't want to pull a 180 and completely have to rethink everything you eat...
So out of your list there, you can have:
cheese, chicken, salad, bacon, mayo and I'm sure you use to eat other things that were legal mixed in with the bad stuff... just find those items and start with those... you can add new legal items as you discover new things that you like to eat...
