im sooooo stressed bcuz i crave the sugar sooooo much especially chocolate things. i have no problems with the other stuff like bread or rice etc.i had been on track for 6 days until i couldnt resist the sweet stuff. i need help on how to control my cravings or ease them even a little. i even find myself eating more sweets than i did before.i feel like im addicted i had lost 5lbs and have regained 2
