  • So.. what's in these zero carb "sweeties" then?...

I ate some zero carb "gummy bears" about 2 hours ago and haven't been off the loo/stopped farting/feeling like my stomach's being shredded (sorrrrrry lol) since

I thought these were okay seeing as they were "legal" what with having no carbs n all not sure if it's just my body getting used to no carbs or if it's these sweets I just had.. lol

    Any ideas?

they are actually illegal. Sorry. No sugar. And I believe everything they are made of is illegal.

It's the sugar alcohols. The good news is that since you have serious digestive upset, you are probably not absorbing most of the carbs. For the people that have no discomfort, they are absorbing and metabolizing all the carbs. At any rate, they do have some carbs for everyone. Newer research has shown that the least you can count is 50% of the carbs.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Ohh they're labelled in store as zero carb sugar free. Isn't that a bit naughty if they actually *do* have sugar in?

Now you know why the label says in teeny tiny letters "Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect"
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
