By the way, the best thing to do is check the ingredients and nutritional label once you get to the store. It might be a bit time consuming doing this, but you'll learn fast which brands are okay and it'll get quicker.
Also print a list of the acceptable foods list and take it with you to make sure you're not buying something just because you think it's "legal". If it's not on the list, don't buy it."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
