    I was wondering, I made some awesome pork chops for dinner last night and there is one left. What is everyone's thoughts on reheating Pork?? I am getting very conflicting advice from the people in my office today

      APPARENTLY SO!!! I dont know if its an old wives tale but all the oldies in the office are saying that you can get poisoned from it!! Im not so sure and considering none of them can explain why I may well just zap it anyway. If Im not back in a week consider it not a good thing to do!

        Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.

            I was thinking the same thing. I've never heard that about pork, and have never had any trouble with it.

              Wow some people have strange ideas.
              If you plan on reheating something (and on Atkins we always plan on this ) make sure that you cool it down quickly and get it into the fridge quickly.
              Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

                Oh my god, don't you know???? You fool - if you reheat pork on three different occasions, Beetlejuice will come on the third time!
