    Are sugar free vanilla extract and sugar free cocoa okay for induction?


    I use 1.5tbs of sf extract and 1 tsp of cocoa--also 2 tbs of splenda



    I'm using these in my morning egg shakes; I'm pretty sure it's okay, but it just feels so wrong since it's so delicious!

    Are these products extracts----like the vanilla extract found in the baking section of the supermarket or are these products "syrups" for flavoring coffee and other beverages?
