Can you eat pork rinds during Induction?

I do not see green beans on either vegatable list. Are they forbidden?

Someone said not to eat 1 carb ketchup. Can someone explain why I can't have this during induction?

What about Franks Red Hot sauce? Safe during inductions?

Just trying to understand it all.

    Thanks

    Re: Induction Questions

I'm not sure if this is the correct answer but the reason you're only suppposed to eat from the foods listed on those 2 pages is to make sure the weight comes off. You could prob still lose with those BUT if u stall they will ask u what u r eating ... And if u have this ketchup and those pork rinds then they will recommend u cut them out and start over. The goal of induction is to change your metabolism and how much u lose with 2 weeks clean eating will help u notice if those foods stall your weightloss later.

Read the ingredient list to make sure no sugar is added for flavoring. But many use them grinded to coat fried foods.

They are listed as string or wax beans on the veggie list.

Read the ingredient label. If it lists sugar, it is to be avoided.

Yes. If you read the label, it does not list sugar or other illegal ingredients.
