Today is day 1 for me.
I work nights and then am a stay at home mom so I had to have coffee still. I had 2 cups with cream.
Then for breakfast I had 2 sausage links (pre-cooked), 2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 cup of baby leaf spinach and 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese. I had 2 glasses of water to make up for the coffee (something I do regularly anyway).
I am tracking my foods on fitday, but dont really "understand" it. Hopefully that will come with time. Anyone else just starting out too? My biggest trouble will be the weekends when I am home with the whole family (my husband works a lot during the week). During the week it is easy to eat well, but the weekends we eat out a lot, so finding acceptable meals is going to be hard for me.
