Well, I'm on day 11 of my induction. I have been doing well, no cheating at all. Around day 6-7 I got much energy and was feeling good. Now it seems I'm fatigued all the time, I have been taking Calcium, Fish Oil, Magnesium, a Multivitam & B complex. Any suggestions?? Seems headaches are back too...

How's your water intake and caffeine looking?

      Re: Fatigued

Hi trms, I'm on day 13 and went through the exact same thing!! Feeling fab until day 10 then it's like I hit the wall.

My carb intake was at about 15-17 a day. I've upped it with more veggies and feel much better. The other thing is that I forced myself to exercise and felt a million times better afterward!

Now, day 13, I feel awesome again. It sucks, but you'll get through it! Good luck

My water intake is over 64 oz a day. I feel better today though. Got some exercise, been keeping up on my veggies...so - but thanks everybody for the feedback.

Yes, you will make it through this and the truth is it might even strike now and then. The very same thing happened to me during induction. I'd pass out as soon as I walked in the door from work. I was completely exhausted! I'm finding now, further down the road, I do best when I just relax and listen to what my body wants. If I feel exhausted, I'll sleep more. If I have energy through the roof, I'll clean the house really good while my energy level is that high!! Exercise is wonderful and good for you for doing it right now!!! It will help keep your energy level up while you're up and help you achieve really restful sleep when you do lay down! You're doing great!
