Romaine lettuce, a couple good pinches of shredded cheese (blend of mozzarella, monterey jack & cheddar), chopped jicama, cilantro and two tablespoons of Ranch dressing (2 carbs)?
It was SO good!
I'm on day 5, down 5lbs-ish.
And, I haven't had Diet Pepsi for about a week! And, I'm a major addict. The ketosis just literally seems to change your tastes. I'm realizing it's almost more of a bad habit vs. a craving.
