how much spleda?? help

Hi guys, i was amazed that my local morrisons had Splenda !! yey!!! im so happy as i need to have a little sweetness to keep me going.Could anyone please tell me how many teaspoons of spleda i can have in a day, as i like to have 2 for my decaf coffee, but what the limit?
