You're going to have to make a test batch and take them out every minute or so and test for doneness.

I had this exact quiche the other day. It was my birthday and since I can't have cake, my husband woke me up early for a birthday quiche. He figured it was the same shape as a cake,so he added candles and there we had it! (I thought it was a good idea to pass along).
As for the microwave, I've made eggs in it before, just make sure you cover it well because it likes to bubble.
