does anyone know of an ample amount of this to take? i dont want to go overboard!!!! im going to to take this with a multivitamin and flax oil.is this sound ok to start

You'll have to re-read it in DANDR because I don't have a copy of the book with me at this time. But's it's in either Chapter 11 or in the Multivitamin Chapter (I think it's Chapter 21). Anyhow, Dr. Atkins gives the daily amounts.
