Today is my day 14, I am so excited that I made it. To be honest, all the things I gave up I really don't miss...I have a craving every now and again but it is nothing like before. I am so excited about continuing on this WOE...

congratulations -- are you moving on to OWL or staying on extended induction. OWL Rung 1 is an additional 5 net carbs of veggies --- it is a great way to get extra veggies and continue to loose weight.

Maybe extended induction....I'll see how that goes before I move up. I'm kind of nervous about rung 1 - but it's only 5 carbs of veggies so...we'll see.Goal #1 - 212

Did you work out your likely metabolic resistance to weightloss from the chart in DANDR in order to better plan your Atkins journey?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
