  • Made it to Day 14 - YiPPEE!!

    Today is my day 14, I am so excited that I made it. To be honest, all the things I gave up I really don't miss...I have a craving every now and again but it is nothing like before. I am so excited about continuing on this WOE...

    congratulations -- are you moving on to OWL or staying on extended induction. OWL Rung 1 is an additional 5 net carbs of veggies --- it is a great way to get extra veggies and continue to loose weight.

      Maybe extended induction....I'll see how that goes before I move up. I'm kind of nervous about rung 1 - but it's only 5 carbs of veggies so...we'll see.

        trms, CONGRATS! I'm on day 15 so we're going through the same motions. I've considered moving on to OWL too, but I thing I'll stick to extended induction until I've lost more weight. I feel like I just started!

            Good for you - you made it through the hard part. It does get easier and those cravings go practically away as you go on. Keep it up!

              Did you work out your likely metabolic resistance to weightloss from the chart in DANDR in order to better plan your Atkins journey?
