      Re: BBQ Chicken Sauce

Here is a barbeque sauce recipe I found on another lowcarb board. I haven't tried it myself but it looks good.
      Ingredients
      ½ medium onion
      1 clove garlic, minced
      2 tablespoons butter
      2 cups chopped tomatoes
¼ cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
      4 packets Splenda
      2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
      1 teaspoon mustard powder
      1 teaspoon salt
      1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
      1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon xanthun gum dissolved in water (optional)

      Method
      In a heavy saucepan:
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until onion is clear.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Simmer longer if a thicker sauce is desired.
      Adjust spices for personal tastes.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
