Basically eating everything. Sound familiar? I'm back after gaining back all 40 lbs I lost in the beginning and and additional 10-20 lbs. Disappointing right? I think so. I'm scared of going back on this way of eating. I'm prepared with a fridge of good legal foods lots of water and a gym membership which is a block from my house and open 24 hours. When I was on this WOE before I got down to a size 14 in stretch jeans. I'd like to get down to a size 12 in regular jeans. I'm tired of trying on clothing and having it look terrible and getting depressed over the increasing sizes.
So today was my first day back on and let me tell you I'm seriously suffering from sugar withdrawal. I definately was hyperinsulinated. And my health was suffering. Two years ago I quit for a multitude of reasons, the main one being that my doctor made me. Now ive been told to go back on because I'm out of control.
Here is my plan. Let me know what you think. Bear in mind I have three dogs, 2 kids, and a large yard and garden so my activities listed below do not include those things which are every day.
2 walks a day.
1 hour of resistance training 4 times a week.
1 hour of cardio 2 times a week.
I also plan on drinking a lot of water. NO SODA for me from now on.
I miss the energy I had when I was onthis WOE before. I'm looking forward to that most of all. I'm also looking forward into fitting into my cute skinny jeans. I figure this is a great time of the year to start because its months until the holidays and I'm able to get out and about more.
On a side note I start College the last day of August to persue a career in Nursing. I want to be in good physical shape so that I can carry all those books and climb all those stairs. It would also be nice to get a bikini by the end of the summer! LOL.
Thanks everyone!!!
