I broke induction this wkend. The stress was all around. There were a lot of carb treats- the white sugar kind.
I was ok for a few hours- I had a great dinner, extra snacks for work, lots of variety. Then I broke down. I didn't stop once I started.
I realized that it wasn't a hunger thing. Honestly wasn't a sugar addiction either. And if it had been a brownie, a krispie treat or a cheesecake I may have understood. But it wasn't even a favorite food.
I ate induction style again today. I'm averaging about 15 carb per day. But my concern about being able to last more than 2 weeks with poor stress mgmnt and coping skills doesn't seem possible. Is there a food for that problem?
Am I going to make it thru induction on this diet?
Also, I can't find the 5-10 percent induction loss comment in the dandr book. Can someone tell me what page? I only see the metabolic resistance chart with weights.
I'm going to change my weight ticker now. I'm starting 1.4 lbs lower than last time...
