You don't have heavy whipping cream? It would be near the milk and half-and-half in your grocery store. Also, no offense, but not following the rules is just as bad (if not worse) than not knowing the rules. The Induction period is a diet of produce, meat, cheese, eggs (mainly). It is also a time to break bad food habits. Every developed country should have these things, so I have a hard time chalking it up to lack of variety. It seems like you're breaking Induction rules left and right, and that you're almost entirely unrepentant about it. If you aren't going to fully commit to Atkins, I wouldn't bother because it'll just be frustrating.
I'm sorry to sound mean, and I really really hope you succeed! You seem very nice, but you remind me of my sister making excuses for not committing fully. And I love my sister!
