Good to see another British-based member posting 
Tofu is OK on induction, it is allowed as part of our cheese allowance of 3-4 ounces. (Dr Atkins knew the food now called 'tofu' under the name of 'soy cheese'.)Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
