I know I am not getting my full take of vegs a day.. Please help! i am in the 2nd week and I don't think I have shed a pound. I have slight pink on ketosis stick.. Could someone tell me what vegs I can eat.. brussel sprouts? Caffine or no caffine? , I hear and read 2 things. I eat eggs and bacon or sausage for breakfast lunch could be tuna fish or Grilled chic from kfc. Dinner I eat chik or steak and the salad. Can you use ranch dressing? If not is there anything else out there that tasted decent on a salad.
