Minigoals Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. MET Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.
