    I put. .5 cup of broccoly .4 cup mushroom .1 cup onion. One egg, 1 pat butter, salt, one ounce cream cheese, 3.5 ounces of chicken and .5 ounce of swiss cheese (CHOP UP ALL) and microwaved it. MMMMMM LIKE QUICHE!

              yum. i tried the same thing w/ salmon too. it was sensational. dont forget to add salt. Tomorrow i'm gonna try beef in it

                Hey Lauren, post that recipe of yours in the Main dish recipe of the forum. Be sure to indicate in the title that it's a microwave recipe because we have folks who look for something they can zap quickly.
