I'm assuming now I am taking in too many calories and too much fat. Someone please give your opinion. I'm really trying to get this right. Today is day 15 and no weight loss.
Thanks!!!
Ditto to what Elizellen said---posting the link to your public FitDay would be very helpful.

Thanks for replying. I am using the elliptical about 5 to 7 times a week for 30 minutes. Today was not a typical day for me. I will try to put my info in to fitday for the next couple weeks. So what should my percentages be?
Hey there Miss Kentucky,
Waiting for you to post an update. Some folks have a hard start with portions. Were you able to nail down yours?
With being 5'3" and 240 lbs... Your daily calorie intake should be between 1450 and 1750 per day... to lose weight
I had 2 hamburgers that turned out to be 750 calories... on another day I had a big slice of ham that turned out to be 240 calories for the same amount of food... (half pound) - it's just a matter of making informed decisions about what you eat... and you'll get better at it as time goes on...

Sorry for the delayed response, but I have been on vacation. Today is day 30 and I am down 7 lbs. I have decreased my calorie intake and dairy. I continue to exercise and eat well. I did have a few cheats on vacation, but it did not seem to make a difference. Not that I plan to do that all the time, but when you are at the beach sometimes you just need a fruity drink! Thanks for all the continued support and encouragement. I will keep updating.
Great, sounds like you are settling down to where you need to be now! It will get easier with practice.
