I think we all go through times like that...when a person is really aware that they have food limitations, all sorts of cravings can pop up out of the blue. The best thing you can do is just be really aware that this is a problem for you and make sure that you've got Induction legal foods ready.
Whenever I craved something like that, I had a boiled egg, or a piece of cheese or some pepperoni. I fed my craving, but I never gave it what it wanted, I gave it something legal. In time, these cravings quiet down, but it's just part of adjusting to this new way of eating.
It's not the most enjoyable part of Atkins, but it's a necessary thing to work through.
Remember, YOU control the food...the food does not control you.
Think in terms of nutrition.
A boiled egg (or whatever) is SO good for you...pretty much the perfect snack for Atkins...and candy? What has candy ever done for you other than give you a sugar buzz, a sugar crash, and put fat on your body?
Think about that, and make the right choice.
You might want to look at your foods as well, and see if you might be eating something with hidden sugars.
I looked at your fitday, and your menu looks good. Perhaps ease up on cheese for a few days as someone suggested and see if that helps.

Recognizing you have a problem is one of the most important things!
You said you are bored, you need to DO something...whether it's a craft, or (I know you are in college) homework...exercise, call up a friend....find something to distract yourself from your own brain...lol
I know you want this, because you've been struggling with this on the board for a long time.
You need to realize that you really do have the strenth and knowledge to do this.
You need to stay in the moment when you find yourself reaching for something you know you shouldn't have, and make the conscious choice to turn away from it, and have something else.
It's just a matter of saying to yourself "This is not on the Acceptable Foods list, therefore, I cannot have it... But this egg/pepperoni/veggies&dip/meat&dip ARE legal, and I CAN have these...and these are so yummy!!!"
I did a lot of talking to myself early on in Atkins...and each time I made a good decision I gave myself a pat on the back. :yes Be joyful when you do something that you know is right...it's a wonderful feeling..and we all like to be happy, right?
Hang in there, Lauren...we all want you to be successful and happy, but it all comes down to you and your own mindset, right?
