Lipton herbal infusions lemon allowed?

this tea, lemon peel listed as main ingredient 25%, and then just flavour, roseheep, some other roots etc

is it ok on atkins?

Yes, decaf teas are allowed on Atkins. Just don't count them as part of your water intake.
