  • how to get more fats

hi. i use fitday religiously, and some times, at the end of the day, i would notice that my fats intake would be somewhere between 45-50% only. although my protein and carbs are usually within range. now this is the end of the day which means im usually done with my 3 meals. how can i "up" my fats to 65%? (eating a tablespoon of mayo by itself sounds like a yucky idea)
    any suggestions, pls?

    thanks!

Drinking olive oil with a straw looks fancier...

Leave today as it is if you are done with your meals. If you hungry, then have another snack or something, maybe some cream cheese, olives or avocado.

Could you post a few of your menus? Then we can see how those should be changed to incorporate more fat. Planning your meals in advance might help as well.

It might sound yucky but I admit I've done it!! My goal is weight loss and fat is my friend! I don't lose without enough fat. There was a similar thread a few days ago. I use butter, eggs and salad dressing to keep my fat intake high. I force it high as I lose the most when it is and know when I begin maintenance, I'll cut back the butter and other fats a little bit. Here's the link....

Maybe you can post a link to your fitday account? Something looks wrong to me, as if your protein is around 30% and your carbs around 5% (you wrote that they are 'usually within range') your fats have to be higher than 45-50%, as the 3 should add up to about 100%!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
