Hi!
I am on day 3 of induction with good results. Lost about one pound (certainly water weight, but that's ok). I am wondering whether whey protein powder is allowed on induction. I would like to use it for making pancakes. I have Designer Whey Protein which has 2 grams of carbs per serving. The other is Gold Standard Whey which has 4 grams of carbs per serving.
My other question is about calories. I know that we don't count them but are there certain minimum or maximum margins that people learned they have to keep in order to lose on a constant basis?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
