Linda's low carb recipe site has many dressings and sauces recipes.

        Hello!
Actually based in Ireland (and American) but I'm facing a lot of the same food and shopping problems here in Dublin.
Had to go to Boots for the Akins bars and WOW they're dear! Doesn't help of course that we're paying Euro... does anyone know of any chain shops selling low-carb foods? Our local Tesco doesn't seem to even stock slimfast let alone atkins / carb-free stuff.
        :-/

Had Tesco ready to eat chicken tikka pieces yesterday... should be ok, right?

I don't know about the chicken, but why do you want to have Atkins bars? Their ingredients make them "illegal" for the Induction phase, but besides that, many people eating them experience either a stall or a slowdown in their weight loss. Look for real foods instead, foods that are naturally low carb without having to be processed and that are on the Induction acceptable foods list: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html
