i one of my post you asked what the induction flu felt like....

for me it just feel very tired and ever time i move it feels like i have pushed every muscle i have in my body to its limit.

you say you didn't get it.....

the very first time i did induction, a few years ago, i didn't get it either. but it hits hard this time. count yourself lucky.

    good luck!

You know, I think I may have had a mild version of it but nothing horrendous. Like I said, MOST of it I attributed to the fact that I am sleep deprived, you know? But I did get some muscle aches as well. I thought for sure I'd get major headaches but I didn't.

Maybe it's just a sign that I really need to do this!
