Have a great Induction, girls. Did you plan what you're going to eat in the next days and what your exercise will do? Don't forget to take body measurements before you begin (I guess no one will forget to weigh...)

Well Sat will be the end of week one. No drastic weight loss so far but that is OK, It will come off. My glucose reading are down so that is my main concern. Only got to exercise one day this week. I had to go to the laundry mat to do my wash so that took a couple of hours, the day before I had to get the car and truck washed.I have managed to get at least 1 to 1½ miles in each day so that is helping. I will get my 45 min workout done tomorrow for sure..then clean the trailer.

The first 14 days are the most difficult, but sooo worth it. Don't get addicted to the scale!

Did a 2 mile walk today then went shopping for some veggie to eat. Now off to Linda's recipes to find a way to cook them for supper..
I didn't get any spinach today though..wow was it expensive. I will wait til I go to the farmers market and get some from there.

Hi Ladies I weighed myself this morning and has lost 11 lbs total Im so excited. I just love Atkins I plan to visit LA, California the end of August so hopefully I can drop 30 lbs by then wish me luck.I started cardio(Slim In 6) and its kicking my butt I would love to start walking about a mile or so everyday but its extremely hot here like 95 to 100 degrees so I been jump rope and cardio when I get home everyday.

Buddysgirl50 you are doing great I love all of Lindas recipes this am I made a crustless spinach quiche it was so good.I hated spinach before I joined atkins but loving it now. Yesterday on my lunch break I had a steak omelet and 3 slices of tomatoes from waffle house(delicious). I made up my mind this time that I will stay away from diet drinks and drink nothing but water so far so good.I notice when you add some sort of exercise to this diet you see drastic results quicker last year I chose to do cardio and walk 6 days a week while on Induction and lost 17lbs so thats why its so important that I get some sort of exercise in at least 3 times a week.Keep up the good work!
