Crazy Induction Flu

Oh, my God, I had induction flu like crazy yesterday. I could not figure out what was wrong with me. I had the worst headaches and nausea. I just gave birth 11 weeks ago, and this felt just like when I first found out I was pregnant. (I was a bit scared!!! )

Then I remembered something I had read on the awesome website. Oh, yeah...this is induction flu.

So, I wanna say thanks to the board for the helpful information and for keeping me from having a heart attack when I thought I was PREGO again.

LOL. Well that would shake you up! Hang in there. It will pass in a couple of days and then you'll be feeling like your old self, only better!

Hope you feel better very soon. It usually doesn't last long!
Btw... I imagine you are not nursing your new baby (and many congratulations on the arrival of the newest member of your family ). If you are nursing, then you should do Atkins Maintenance.

I feel your pain with the induction flu, im on day 3 of induction and im feeling sick and my energy levels are really low, everything seems to require extra effort, luckily i havent had any headaches....yet!!

Anyways you are doing well so keep up the good work, and congrats on your baby!
