    Replacement for pork rinds

Hello Everyone, I am in need of help again. I do not eat pork, which means no pork rinds for me. However I have noticed several recipes that I would really love to try out, just wondering if anyone knows of something I can use to replace pork rinds that will have the same or just about the same consistency so that I can try some of the recipes I have found.

if you are looking for a substitute to use as a breading instead of porkrinds, grated parmesan(sp) cheese is great. (the kinda you get in the bottle to use on spaghetti) i made a great chicken parmesan recipe the other day and used it. it works great!!!
