    Hi,
    I'm new to this board so please bare with me. I've been reading a lot about Rungs. What are they and where can I find out more about them.

    the best place to find out more about the rungs is the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book (we call it DANDR here). The rungs are different food types that you add back after you go through induction. They are set up in a specific order but if you don't like a particular food you can skip that rung and go to the next one. It's not wise to go from Induction to adding corn and other starchy veggies - you should go from induction to Rung 1 which is 5 additional net carbs of veggies>

      Yes - the steps on the carbohydrate ladder - when we add back new food groups like dairy, nuts and fruits
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      Push-ups: 450/800

      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km
