    Day 7, 7 lbs later, I've been extremely strict, but I am soo very tired today. I haven't had a lack of energy all week. Do I give in a take a nap? Power nap it? Or push thru it?

    Take a nap. For sure. Lots of research has been done about napping. I'm always 100% more rested and effective after a nap.
