lol... I can't remember what day I started but I'm down 6 lbs...staying on induction until I hit 20 down... then will need the rung ladder information. Started running again, biggest temptation - alcohol...not that I'm a lush... I just belong to some very social groups of friends and it is always meeting at some bar somewhere. So far I'm doing well with sticking to diet coke at said places...eating first so I am not tempted by bar munchies.
