Its been a bit bumpy over the past week as hubby and I knuckle down to our steaks and evening walks, but so far... it's GREAT!
We've both lost inches around the middle, arms and chest, and while he isn't weighing himself, I've braved the scales and am delighted to report I'm 6 lbs down!
My cooking prowess has improved, although he misses sweet things and I'm on a mission for desserts to reward his hard-workin' bod. Any suggestions?
(Note: our oven is broken and we have no microwave, it's stovetop or broiler only!)
Just a few problems to report from the week:
I find that sometimes I get fast, sharp headaches after drinking a little too much water; is it possible to overhydrate?
Also starting to get a little cheese-happy, have vowed to cut back this week and focus on vege and new meats. Has anyone else dealt with cheese-addiction? How have you overcome it?
Other than that, it's all rosy as we kick off week 2 – hope to have more good news for next monday. Thanks again to the lovely folks who've taken the time to respond to my posts!
