I'm nearing the end of day one and am finding that anywhere I look up carb counts online, they are all different! Atkins.com tends to show less carbs than other sites for the same item.. Confusing!
For example:
Atkins website says mayo is .4 carbs... while FitDay says low fat mayo is 2.5 ? That is a fairly big difference..
Atkins website says processed american cheese is .5.. and FitDay says it is 2.5!
Anyone else have to deal with this? Or am I missing something...

Welcome to Atkins. Great advice you are getting here. It will take a while for you to sort out what you can and cannot eat, just don't give up. Generally you will want to eat natural nonprocessed foods. The more processed they are generally the worse they are for you. Caffiene can hurt your weight loss and if at all possible you should try to give it up. This can be hard for some people if you are addicted to it, but it is possible. If you can't quit cold turkey, try switching to decaf or part decaf, but your goal should be to give it up completely. You should not use the powdered creamer, use heavy whipping creme instead.
