Hello all

I was just wonderin what brands of vitamins in the uk are ok for the Atkins diet? Im doing induction at the moment and had some wellwoman vits which i just finished. Which brands are ok for the atkins plan?

I use Holland and Barrett ABC plus senior - I compared them a year or so ago to Atkins Vits and they are pretty much the same. I also use H&B Triple Omega 3-6-9 (in red bottle).
