HEy! I'm beginning the induction phase tomorrow! I plan on keeping track of my diet here! And weighing in weekly : )
I'm currently at 141, and would absolutely love to drop 10 pounds in the 2 week induction period! Wish me luck!
For tomorrows menu I plan on having
Breakfast
Two eggs and ham omlette
Lunch
Cheese Smokie
Supper
Baked Salmon
I see theres no vegetable in here, but I'm going to pick up a salad tomorrow!
