    TGIFridays....

    ensive I can't get out of it! My friends want to go out to eat next week for another friend's birthday to TGIFridays. I know that they have Atkins approved food..but is it all right? I'm scared. lol

      yep they have an Atkins approved menu...you should be able to find something with no problem

          I just ate there yesterday. Had the sirloin, shrimp & broccoli.

              I am sure you will be fine - just print out a copy of the acceptable foods list (there is a wallet-sized one on this forum) to take with you to make sure you choose correctly!
