  • 2 kilos in 2 weeks?

well i have 2 kilos to lose before my trip overseas, in 2 weeks.

is it possible with my weight? i'm at 75.5-76 right now(5'11),down from 87 2 months ago. however i have been cheating liek crazy in last few days after i got so happy looking at scales i thought it will be a cake to lose the rest. now i'm stalling and freaking out i won't be able to lose the weight in time.

since i'm so close to my goal weight, i know i will lose much slower, just wondering if it's possible to do it in 2 weeks if i go back on strict induction?

Obviously no guarantees are given for weight loss here, but most have success if they stick to it. Looks like you have cheated some ... whether or not you lose will depend on you.

If you don't do a strict induction, you may gain weight back with cheating.

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

Even if there are no guarantees as to whether you can overcome the problems in time for your holiday that you have given your body by cheating, what are the alternatives? All you can do is get straight back on plan the very next bite.

I would suggest getting back into ketosis by a few days of induction eating then starting up the OWL ladder by adding your 5 extra net carbs of veggies and continuing your Atkins journey regardless of any date deadline

Staying on induction when you are so close to goal will not necessarily speed weightloss according to what I have seen others post, in fact people often seem to 'stall' if they extend their induction too long
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
